Why is there no "Pitch" in the EXS Modulation Matrix's source drop down?

Hi all, I was playing my Breath controller and had been told that setting pitch as a source with filter cutoff as destination would give good results but Pitch is only in the destination drop down . anyone know if it's possible to reverse the dest and source?

Also, how do I save the EXS settings? I would hope a save including assets would or is it a channel strip save that is needed?
