Export and Importing Comp Audio Files ?

Is there anyway to quickly export and import comp tacks from one
Logic song/file to another.
I often record vocal tracks in a new file to avoid audio delay.
I would like to be able to take the audio comps and place them back
in the original song file.

In Logic 9, import the vocal track.
